Dental Implants

Dental implants placed in Jordan updated with latest technology by Zircon One Dental Center
Dental implants have revolutionized the field of dentistry, offering a permanent solution to tooth loss.

What are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are the best treatment option for replacing decayed, damaged or otherwise unsightly teeth. They are comprised of three components, the titanium implant post, abutment, and crown.

How are Dental Implants placed?

Surgical technique:
An incision is made over the crest of the site where the implant is to be placed and a small hole is then drilled into the jawbone where the implant will be placed.

Non surgical technique:
It is a flapless surgery where a piece of the mucosa is punched out from over the implant site and a small hole is drilled in the jawbone where the implant is placed.

When will the teeth restoration be placed?
This depends on the type of implant used:

Classical 2 step implant:
Placing the implants and waiting for 3 to 6 months before providing the teeth restorations depending on the type and condition of the implant.

Immediate load implants :
Placing the implants and delivering the tooth restorations immediately or within 1-3 days. Immediate loading dental implants offer several advantages that make them an attractive option for many patients such as reduced treatment time, an immediately restored chewing and speaking function after the procedure, preservation of bone and gum tissues, and an instant improvement in the patient’s appearance, making it an ideal choice for those concerned about their smile’s cosmetic aspect.

When u visit our dental center, the implantologist will examine your jawbone and will decide which implant procedure is suitable for you.

Why Choose Dental Implants?

Dental implants have the biggest range of benefits of any tooth loss treatment. They can completely transform the look and function of your smile. They are a conservative approach compared to bridges, restore both the function and esthetics, and improve oral health in general.

Dentures affect your ability to taste foods, since the upper arch covers the roof of your mouth, and they can rub, pinch, and irritate your gums. With dental implants, you can taste food and speak naturally and comfortably.
Dental implants are a permanent solution, meaning that unlike dentures, you don’t need to remove them to clean them, eat, or drink!

Also, dental implants are extremely durable. Dental implant treatments use the strongest materials and technology-backed techniques to ensure that with the right care, your implants could last you your entire lifetime.

Am I a Candidate for Dental Implants?
If you’re suffering from one or more missing teeth, then you are most likely a candidate for dental implants. The primary goal of dental implants is to restore the function and physical appearance of your teeth.

Although dental implants are extremely successful in almost all candidates, you will need to have a comprehensive consultation with our team to determine your candidacy.

Before knowing if you’re a candidate for dental implants, a full medical and dental history will be taken. It may also be necessary to take some images of your teeth and jaw. All of this information will be used to help decide if you are a suitable candidate for dental implants.

Each case is assessed individually, and if you are found not to be suitable for dental implants, the team here will work with you to find the right solution for your dental needs. If you have gum disease or extensive jawbone deterioration, these issues will need to be addressed before we can move forward with the treatment.
